Paramount Skydance reiterated a September 8 court filing demanding 12 state attorneys general and the WGA post a $1.88 billion bond to cover losses while antitrust suits block its Warner Bros. Discovery takeover. Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin set a September 24 hearing. Plaintiffs, led by California AG Rob Bonta, call the losses self-inflicted. Trial starts March 2, 2027.
