Spain's government becomes sole sponsor of San Sebastián industry events with €500,000 grant

Spain's Ministry of Digital Transformation will sponsor all industry events at the San Sebastián Film Festival (Sept. 18–26) with a €500,000 ($580,000) grant, making the state the sole backer of the strand. The money funds the fifth Creative Investors' Conference, co-organised with CAA Media Finance (Sept. 22–23), and a Ministry-organised conference on Sept. 20. It forms part of Spain's Audiovisual Hub of Europe Plan.
