Thomas scores century at former loan ground as Somerset top Division One

Josh Thomas, who batted at No. 10 during a loan spell at Leicestershire last season, returned to Grace Road as a Somerset player and made 100 off 152 balls on day one (8 September). His opening stand of 173 with Tom Lammonby helped Somerset, already top of Division One, press their title claim. Thomas now has 760 red-ball runs this season.
