Eufy and Mammotion Add Edge Trimming to Robot Mowers

At IFA 2026, Eufy and Mammotion each unveiled robot mowers that trim lawn edges — the perimeter strips prior models left for manual string trimmers. Eufy's S2 Max uses an extendable trimming arm; Mammotion's Luba 4 AWD uses an edge-cutting attachment, absent on its largest 3-acre model. Edge finishing follows navigation as the category's next battleground.
