Suffragette musical Sylvia to play Royal Albert Hall — which banned suffragettes a century ago

Sylvia, the hip-hop musical about suffragette Sylvia Pankhurst, will play five performances at the Royal Albert Hall from 13 to 15 November 2026. The Hall hosted over 20 suffragette rallies before banning suffragettes from the building between 1913 and 1918. Beverley Knight reprises her Olivier-winning role as Emmeline Pankhurst; Naomi Katiyo plays Sylvia.
