Mexico is pushing a $500 million renovation of Mexico City's main airport to completion before the 2026 World Cup. Nearly 3,500 workers on extended shifts are expanding passenger areas and upgrading facilities at Benito Juárez, which serves 45 million travelers yearly but operates with limited runway capacity.
