Cricket Australia pursues hybrid BBL privatisation with franchises valued at up to $200m

Cricket Australia's board will pursue a hybrid model letting some of the eight BBL clubs sell stakes to private buyers, after wholesale privatisation was rejected by states in April. Raine Group values franchises at up to $200m each. Four of six states must approve; Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania are in favour. NSW and Queensland remain swing votes.
