Delaware Court Rules Faith Evans Must Release Biggie Estate Payments to Wayne Barrow's Trust
Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick ruled on 7 August that Faith Evans had no right to withhold payments owed to the Voletta Wallace Revocable Trust, now controlled solely by Biggie's former manager Wayne Barrow. Evans must release Voletta Wallace's 25 percent share of profits from the Primary Wave partnership that manages Notorious B.I.G.'s catalog and likeness. Barrow sued Evans in July 2025. A separate Pennsylvania suit by CJ Wallace, filed 20 February 2026, challenging Barrow's authority remains pending.
