Demi Lovato reprising Mitchie Torres in surprise Camp Rock 3 cameo

Demi Lovato will cameo in Camp Rock 3 as Mitchie Torres, Variety reported on 11 August 2026. Lovato had been announced as executive producer without an on-screen role; the cameo reverses that. She first played Mitchie in the 2008 original, still the third-most-watched Disney Channel Original Movie. The film premieres 13 August on Disney Channel, streaming 14 August on Disney+.
