Merlin unifies legal and partnerships teams under new general counsel Jon Glass

Merlin has named Jon Glass general counsel and head of partnerships, creating its first single reporting structure covering both Business & Legal Affairs and Partnerships. Glass, based in New York, reports to CEO Charlie Lexton. He joins from Warner Music Group, where he spent 16 years, most recently as senior vice president and head of digital legal affairs. He fills the vacancy left by Neil Miller, who departed in January.
