Forest vs Leeds is the only all-Premier League tie in Carabao Cup second round

Nottingham Forest will face Leeds United in the Carabao Cup second round, the only all-Premier League tie of the round, per BBC Sport. Both entered at round two because neither is in European competition. Ties are scheduled for the midweek beginning 24 August. The nine English clubs in Europe join in round three.
