Connie Nielsen and Stana Katic join Apple TV+ Monsterverse series

Connie Nielsen and Stana Katic have joined Legendary's untitled Monsterverse spinoff for Apple TV+, Deadline reported on 10 August 2026. The series stars Wyatt Russell as Colonel Lee Shaw, an American operative on a 1984 mission to stop the Soviets from unleashing a Titan. Showrunner Joby Harold leads the production. Character details for both additions remain under wraps. No release date or episode count has been announced.
