Brunei's Sultan Strips Daughter-in-Law's Royal Titles Without Explanation

Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei revoked all royal titles from his daughter-in-law Raabi'atul Adawiyyah, 33, by decree. The palace said her conduct "tarnished the monarchy's good name" and disrespected the Sultan but gave no specifics. She remains married to Prince Abdul Malik, fourth in line to the throne, and their four children keep their titles. No divorce is on record.
