Fugees' Milton Keynes set cut mid-song by 11 p.m. curfew; Hill sings a cappella as power drops
Lauryn Hill and Wyclef Jean's microphones were switched off mid-"Ready or Not" at the Diaspora Calling! Festival, Milton Keynes National Bowl, on 7 August 2026, when an 11 p.m. legal noise curfew ended the set with "Killing Me Softly" and "Fu-Gee-La" unplayed. Hill led the crowd in an a cappella finish — a repeat of Atlanta 2016, when the same curfew cut her Chastain Park show.
