Hackers Stole Personal Details from Every Framework Computer Customer

Framework told all customers on August 7, 2026 that hackers took names, emails, phone numbers, and home addresses. The break-in came through a security hole — unknown even to the software's maker — in a data-analysis tool Framework uses called Metabase. Think of it as thieves entering through a back door the building's owner didn't know existed. Payment information was not taken.
