House Panel to Investigate Ohio Congressman Max Miller Over Abuse Claims

The House Ethics Committee said August 4 it will look into whether Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) committed domestic violence, abuse, or illegal drug use. Miller asked for the review. The claims came up in court papers from a custody fight with his ex-wife over their child. Miller said the claims are false. The review continues during his reelection campaign.
