Texas law firm Jackson Walker agreed to pay $15 million to settle government claims tied to a lawyer's secret romance with a judge who approved the firm's fees. The firm is also giving back $4.785 million of $10.7 million it earned in his cases — about 44%. A separate lawsuit seeking $64 million is still pending.
