UK Agency Accidentally Left 51 Officials' Names and Emails Visible

A mistake at UK Government Investments, which looks after government-owned shares in Channel 4 and the Post Office, left 51 officials' names and work emails visible online for about 40 hours. UKGI blamed a staff member for not following security rules, told its board and the UK's data watchdog, and ordered an outside security review.
