Corruption watchdog hears about cash asked from minister

NSW's corruption watchdog heard texts where a schools boss told colleagues he'd 'shake down' then-minister Angus Taylor for $10,000, later claiming he'd received a $15,000 payment plus monthly donations. Taylor says no payment was made. The watchdog hasn't accused him of doing anything wrong.
