AI Startup Simile Raises $200 Million, Valued at $2 Billion

Simile, a startup that creates artificial intelligence programs acting like real people for marketing and product research, raised $200 million at a $2 billion valuation. Greenoaks led the round, with Index, Bain Capital Ventures, and CVS Health Ventures joining. It follows a $100 million raise five months earlier. CVS is a top customer. Founder Joon Sung Park built the technology from his Stanford PhD research on AI agents that simulated human lives.
