Nscale Buys Anyscale for $1.65B to Offer All-in-One AI Cloud

Nscale is buying Anyscale for $1.65 billion, announced July 30, 2026. Nscale rents out the powerful computers that train AI; Anyscale makes software that manages those jobs. Together they form one AI platform. Nscale, valued at $14.6 billion after March 2026 funding, is buying the software rather than building it.
