BTS Pulls Out of 2027 Grammys Over New Asia-Only Award

All seven BTS members pulled out of the 2027 Grammys on Instagram July 29, 2026, saying music shouldn't be split by region or language. They object to a new award for Asian pop music, meant to welcome non-English songs. The Grammys haven't responded. The show is February 7 in Los Angeles.
