Accounting Firm Grant Thornton to Buy CBIZ for $5 Billion

Grant Thornton, an accounting and consulting firm, agreed to buy CBIZ, which handles tax, benefits, and insurance services, for $5 billion in cash. The July 29 announcement came from Chicago, Cleveland, and New York. The companies haven't said what shareholders will get per share, how the purchase will be funded, or when it will close.
