BTS Pulls Out of Grammy Awards Over New Category Rules

BTS will not enter the next Grammy Awards, protesting a new category for Asian pop. Their March 2026 album "Arirang" — featuring Flume, Diplo, and El Guincho — will not appear on any voting ballot, even for Album of the Year. The reason: the new category only accepts individual songs with vocals, not full albums.
