Glencore's trading profit on track to beat its own yearly target in just six months

Glencore says its trading business likely earned over $3.2 billion in profit in six months — already hitting the top of what it expected for the entire year. In April it set a full-year target of $3.5 billion. The first half of 2025 brought $1.35 billion. Full results arrive 29 July 2026.
