One Nation hasn't submitted its checked financial records for three years (2022–25). Queensland's consumer watchdog has given the party until 18 August 2026 to hand them over. Miss that deadline and regulators investigate — which could start the process of officially cancelling the party's right to exist as a registered body. Simple as that.
