Cyera to Buy Oasis Security for About $1 Billion

Israeli data-security company Cyera has agreed to buy Oasis Security for roughly $1 billion, mostly in cash, the firms announced on July 28, 2026. Oasis, founded in 2022 and backed by about $195 million in funding, protects automated software programs — especially AI agents — rather than human users.
