AI Voice Startup Fish Audio Raises $50 Million

Fish Audio, a Palo Alto startup that creates artificial voices, raised $50 million in early funding on July 28, 2026. Coreline Ventures and Capital Today led the round. Founded by former NVIDIA researcher Shijia Liao, the company reports over 8 million users and $21 million in yearly revenue, with customers including HeyGen, Sanas, and Plaud. Fish Audio has released three voice models for free public use, while keeping its newest version, S2.1 Pro, available only through a paid service.
