Ontario Premier Doug Ford wants Canada to stop selling oil to the U.S. to pressure Washington in the trade dispute. Ford already added a 25% fee on electricity sold to the U.S. in March 2025. He admits Prime Minister Mark Carney must balance provincial demands with his federal duties.
