Qualcomm Raising Chip Prices by Double Digits This September

Qualcomm told customers on July 24, 2026, that prices for its chips will rise by at least 10 percent on orders shipped after September 1. The company blamed parts shortages and higher supplier costs, saying it tried other sources first. The five-week notice leaves phone and device makers little time to switch to a rival chip supplier.
