Music app Qobuz pays artists more per song and still lets you buy music
Qobuz, a music streaming app, pays artists about four cents each time a user plays a song — far more than most rivals. Users can also buy songs and albums to keep, which most streaming services no longer offer. Subscriptions cost $12–$15 per month. By May 2026, Qobuz was among the fastest-growing streamers, attracting former Spotify users.
