Barclays Boss Admits He Never Checked Ex-CEO's Last Contact with Jeffrey Epstein

Barclays chair Nigel Higgins said he never asked former CEO Jes Staley when he last spoke with Jeffrey Epstein before telling UK regulators it ended before Staley joined the bank. That statement led to Staley's 2021 firing and later ban from banking. US Senator Elizabeth Warren now wants answers within two weeks.
