Norway's Giant Oil Fund Buys Stock Instead of Private Deals

Norway's oil fund reported owning 1.3% of Prologis and 8.3% of Segro as of 30 June 2026, confirmed 21 July. For ten years it partnered directly with companies — including a $1 billion Prologis deal in 2013. Now it buys shares on the open market, losing the hands-on control that private deals offered.
