Relaunched Pebble smartwatches come with a short 30-day warranty

Pebble's newly relaunched smartwatches include only a 30-day warranty. Founder Eric Migicovsky told The Verge that Pebble, a small company, cannot offer the longer warranties bigger companies provide. Pebble has still replaced 330 Pebble Time 2 watches for free due to cracked glass — about 1.7% of the 19,000-plus shipped — and plans to keep doing so before switching to discounted replacements. It is also looking into parts for do-it-yourself repairs.
