Public servant who spoke up at robodebt inquiry sues government

Jeannie-Marie Blake worked at Services Australia checking people's debts. She was the only public servant who chose to speak at the robodebt royal commission — a formal investigation into a scheme that wrongly chased people for money they didn't owe. Now she's suing the government, saying a boss warned that giving evidence "could cost you your job" and that she was punished afterwards. The government denies it.
