New iPhone Software Lets You Watch Videos in a Parked Car

With iOS 27, the newest iPhone software, you can watch videos on your car's screen through CarPlay while parked. Once the car moves, the video keeps playing as sound only instead of stopping. It works only in cars with "video-in-car" technology, which lets CarPlay tell that the car is stopped. Apps that run on the phone itself also need iOS 27.
