Two teenagers jailed for hacking London's transport system

Two teenagers were sentenced to five and a half years for hacking Transport for London in 2024. They stole data on millions of commuters, looked up celebrity records, and forced 27,000 staff to reset passwords. The attack cost £39 million. Police say it has stopped the hacking group Scattered Spider, but its loose structure makes that uncertain.
