At Least 10 Local Governments Are Limiting or Dropping Flock Safety Cameras
At least 10 local governments have moved since summer to limit or stop using Flock Safety cameras, according to TechCrunch. Six, including Lansing, Michigan, and Richmond, Virginia, moved to end their contracts in the three months before November 5. Worries include privacy, data sharing, and how they were bought. More than 100,000 Flock cameras are used nationwide.
