Lululemon invests in a startup that recycles mixed nylon fabrics

French startup Syntetika raised $30M from Lululemon and MAS Holdings. Its method recycles mixed nylon fabrics — a combination that has been nearly impossible to separate and reuse. The result is new-quality material for making yarn. A demo facility, partnered with Michelin in Clermont-Ferrand, aims to begin sales by early 2027.
