Ultragenyx has agreed to sell its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher for $210 million, the company said October 7, 2026. Like a fast pass, it lets the holder move a future application to the FDA, the US regulator, onto a quicker review. This is an agreement, not a finished transfer. Proceeds would be cash raised without issuing new shares.
