The Andersons Agrees to Buy Harvestone, an Ethanol Producer, for $915 Million

The Andersons (ANDE) has agreed to buy Harvestone Low Carbon Partners from Energy Capital Partners for $915 million, the company said. This is an agreement, not a finished deal. Harvestone runs three ethanol plants, a fuel made from corn, in North Dakota and Indiana. They can make about 215 million gallons a year, the most they're built for.
