Microsoft's Cloud Service Earns $33.2 Billion, Beating Forecasts

Microsoft's Azure, a service that rents out computing power online, earned $33.2 billion from July to September, up 48% on a year earlier. The October 28, 2026 results beat analyst expectations of $32.3 billion. Chief financial officer Amy Hood had forecast 44% to 45% growth. It is the first time Microsoft has reported Azure's quarterly revenue in dollars.
