Meta share plan could let Zuckerberg sell some new shares right away
Meta's filing says a planned share payout would let Mark Zuckerberg sell or transfer up to 20% of the new shares he receives right away. Those shares equal 10% of his total ownership. The filing says this could cover tax under California's Proposition 40, a state ballot measure, if passed, without affecting his voting control. Voters decide November 3.
