Reform offers to pay for and speed up the Clacton by-election

Reform UK says it will pay for the Clacton by-election and wants it held in August. This would rush the investigation into Nigel Farage's £5 million gift he didn't declare. The sooner the vote happens, the less time there is to examine the money questions before Farage could return to Parliament.
