Walmart plans to let shoppers link their own AI helpers

Walmart will let shoppers connect their own AI helpers to Walmart.com through Agent Profiles. An AI helper is software that acts for you. By default, it must ask permission before buying anything. You can set a spending limit, such as $100, and turn the helper off anytime. Rollout is planned for November, with Sam's Club access to follow.
