30 empty homes sit unused in Napier as hundreds wait for housing

The government bought 30 flats on Napier's Wellesley Road a year ago but they've sat empty. It's trying to find a charity or company to run them as affordable homes, but hasn't found one. More than 450 households in Napier need social housing. The housing minister is frustrated but hasn't set a date to fix the problem.
