Otter.ai gets $320 million to grow

Otter.ai said Oct. 20, 2026 it received $320 million from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund. It is a loan-like deal, not a sale of company ownership, with payback linked to results from advertising. Otter.ai will use the money to win business customers, improve sales, expand abroad, and build new products.
