Harvard's Giant Savings Pot Hits Record $68 Billion
27.1% growth took Harvard's giant savings pot to almost $68 billion in the 12 months ended June 30, a record high, the university reported. After counting all it owns minus what it owes, the total was up more than $11 billion. For savers, that 27.1% is growth before spending and rising prices, not extra cash to use.
