Richard White, founder of logistics software company WiseTech, stepped down from his top job in July after police began investigating accusations of sexual coercion and visa fraud. He denies them. He kept other positions at the company instead. This is his second demotion in months. Tech founders often face this bind: the company needs them, but keeping them creates problems.
