Supreme Court Lets Texas Force App Stores to Check Ages

The Supreme Court on July 6, 2026, allowed a Texas law to start. The law makes Apple, Google, and other app stores check how old users are and block kids under 18 from downloading apps unless a parent says yes. The Court did not decide if this breaks free speech rules. Lower courts will decide that later.
